Bei Sheng Vanilla Farm

The farm introduced 2,000 vanilla seedlings in 2020 to begin cultivation. Organic fertilizers are used, and weeds are removed manually. The farm maintains a pesticide-free, pollution-free environment, promoting biodiversity, including birds, frogs, and medicinal herbs throughout the grounds. After four years of organic cultivation, boasting plump pods filled with vanilla seeds and a rich cocoa aroma. Both the beans and pods can be used in savory dishes and desserts, enhancing flavors and providing peace of mind for consumers.
